These terms govern your use of fraggellproductions.com (the "site"), operated by Fraggell Productions Ltd ("Fraggell", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12063735. 1. Using our site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, or use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or these terms.

2. Applications and enquiries

Our forms let brands enquire about working with us, and let creators apply to make content. Submitting a form does not create any contract or guarantee of engagement. We review applications and decide, at our discretion, who we work with — and we'll give you a straight answer either way.

3. Our services

Any creative work we carry out for a client is governed by a separate written agreement between us and that client. These site terms do not form part of, or replace, that agreement.

4. Creator applications

If you apply to create content for us, any engagement is subject to a separate agreement covering scope, payment, usage rights and other terms. Applying does not guarantee work.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos and the Fraggell name and marks — are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our permission. Examples of client work shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission.

6. No guarantees

Results referenced on the site reflect specific past engagements and are not a promise or guarantee of future results, which depend on many factors. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products or practices.

9. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
